Begin by inviting your clients to find a comfortable seat or lie down in a quiet space. Encourage them to close their eyes and take a few deep breaths. Let them settle into the present moment, letting go of any distractions.
Now, guide your clients to bring their attention to the base of the spine, where the root chakra resides. This chakra, associated with grounding and stability, is the foundation of the energy system. As they breathe in deeply, have them imagine a red, vibrant light at the base of their spine. With each breath, this light becomes brighter and stronger, anchoring them to the earth below. Encourage them to feel rooted, safe, and supported.
